These Terms govern your use of kumariproperty.com. By accessing the site or creating an account, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kumariproperty.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Posting ads

• Ads must accurately describe the item, property, service or job being offered.
• You must own or be authorised to sell what you list.
• Prohibited content includes: firearms, drugs, tobacco to minors, wildlife, counterfeit goods, adult services, hate speech, and anything unlawful under Indian law.
• We may remove, edit or refuse any ad at our discretion.
• Agent accounts must post using their agency name; misuse leads to removal and refund forfeit for that ad.

4. Payments & boosts

Payments for featured/boosted ads are processed via Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. Buyer & seller responsibility

Kumari Property is a marketplace — we do not own, inspect, verify or guarantee any listed item. All transactions happen directly between the buyer and seller. Meet in safe public places, verify documents (RC book, sale deed, warranty), and use secure payment methods.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload, but grant Kumari Property a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, index and promote them on the platform. The site design, source code and brand are © Kumari Property.

7. Prohibited use

You may not scrape, spam, reverse-engineer, or overload the site. Automated posting is limited to authorised API partners only.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kumari Property is not liable for losses arising from user transactions, unavailable service, or third-party content.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu.
