1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, city, chosen account type (consumer or agent), agency name, and hashed password.
- Listing data: ad title, description, images, price, location and category metadata you submit.
- Payment data: Razorpay order id, payment id, signature — we never store card, UPI or bank account numbers on our servers.
- Usage data: ad view counts, favourite counts, and log entries for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
- To display your ads to potential buyers.
- To let interested buyers contact you via phone, chat or email.
- To process payments for featured/boosted ads via Razorpay.
- To send transactional emails (login, ad status, payment receipts).
- To prevent fraud, spam and abuse.
3. What we share
Contact details you publish on an ad are shown to logged-in visitors. Payment data is shared with Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. to process your transactions in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie (kpsid) to keep you logged in, and CSRF tokens to protect form submissions. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account and its data at any time from your dashboard, or by writing to support@kumariproperty.com. Deletion is permanent within 30 days.
6. Security
Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. All traffic runs over TLS. Payment signatures are verified server-side. We never see your card, UPI or bank details.
7. Children
The platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
8. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage or by email.
